Staley Falcon Football

Each player is required to submit their Staley Football player fee for the 2025 season.

This fee covers:

• Team-issued Nike practice gear including 1 Nike top and 2 pairs of Nike shorts
• The Peanut Butter Bar fundraiser cost
• Team meals, snacks, and drinks provided throughout the year

The Missouri State High School Activities Association now allows a physical examination by a medical professional to be valid for two years (730 days) from the date of issue.

However, some physicians may still follow a one-year approval policy. Make sure you verify what your physician marks for your student-athlete’s participation approval.

Recommended Staley Cycle

• Incoming Freshmen should complete a physical this spring or summer
• Incoming Juniors should complete a physical this spring or summer

This allows one physical to cover freshman and sophomore years, and another to cover junior and senior years.

Staley High School uses FinalForms, an online forms and data management system for athletic participation paperwork.

• Saves your information year to year

• Requires forms to be signed once per year and after any update

Parents and guardians of all students planning to participate in sports should create an account and register their student-athlete.
